History: Sector-1 has been established in Dhaka from 2020.
Functional areas:
- General Hospitals
- District Sadar Hospitals
- All Medical College Hospital,
- Central Medical Stores Depot (CMSD),
- National Elector-Medical Equipment Maintenance Workshop & Training Centre (NEMEW&TC),
- Transport & Equipment Maintenance Organization (TEMO),
- Dental College Hospitals,
- National Health Library and Documentation Center,
- The Epidemic Diseases Control Centers,
- Model Family Planning Clinics,
- School Health Clinics,
- Trauma Centers.
- Medical Supply Depots
Address: Directorate of Health Audit (3rd Floor), Audit Complex, Segunbagicha, Dhaka-1000.
Activities:
- Audit planning, Audit team formation, Audit supervision, Audit briefing etc of 561 auditable units. Relevant follow up after audit, QAC-1, broadsheet reply, issuing general and advance para, sending draft reports to report sector.
- Participation in bi-party/ tri-party meetings.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual report.
- Performing administrative activities and other responsibilities imposed by higher authority
